Jackie Sawford Counselling
You may have visited this webpage because you, or a friend or loved one, is feeling unhappy, overwhelmed by life, or struggling with a particular difficult life event or emotional issue. You may have things that matter to you that you would like to explore with someone outside of your immediate family and friends. You may be going through a life transition and feel that you need some support. All of these are really valid reasons to seek counselling.
My name is Jackie, and I am an experienced, registered and accredited counsellor working in private practice from Barton Seagrave in Kettering. I have spent over 17 years supporting people in a role that I am passionate about, and I have a proven record of working with a wide range of the concerns and issues that clients often bring to therapy.
Taking the step of seeking counselling can sometimes feel frightening or confusing; it is courageous and a sign that you are taking positive steps to address your particular difficulties. I will walk alongside you to make the whole process as easy, affirming and life enhancing as possible. Together we will put you at the heart of the therapy and work towards meeting your own individual counselling needs. I will offer you a safe, supportive and confidential space in which to explore your concerns and work through the things that matter most to you.
My years of experience have shown me that counselling can bring about huge benefits to your overall well-being, help to heal past and present hurts, and enable you to reach your full potential.
